Festival Fortnight June 2017
June 2017 will be Festival Fortnight in Corsham. Two weeks of music, theatre, workshops, food, drink and walking! Three festivals all over two action packed weeks.
Corsham's Walking Festival kicks off events, 9-11 June. Over three days there will be 18 themed walks in and around the Corsham area, including a Mindfulness walk, Exploring a Wildflower Meadow and a Hidden Valleys and Woodland Walk.
15-18 June is the Pound Arts Blue Sky Festival, a Festival of The Arts featuring performances, exhibitions and workshops. Some of the events are free and most are suitable for all the family.
And if all that wasn't enough, there is Taste of Corsham, Saturday 17 June on Corsham's historic High Street. An interactive food and drink experience for residents and visitors, including artisan market stalls showcasing local and regional companies together with sampling tents, food and drink retail, master classes, guest speakers and entertainment. Peacock Arts Trail 2017
It's back and is set to be bigger and better than ever!
The Peacock Arts Trail will take place in artists' studios throughout the area. Corsham sits in the middle of the trail boundary, which reaches out as far as Chippenham and the surrounding villages, Box and Colerne.
From 30 September to 8 October up to 50 artists will be opening their doors, demonstrating their skills and selling their work to the public.
